Ownership & Consent: You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted Content and have obtained express permission from all individuals appearing in any submitted photographs or videos.
Data Retention & Privacy: We collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of verifying and managing your submission. In accordance with our data privacy policy, all submitted personal data (name, email, story, and media) will be stored securely for a period of 60 days from the date of submission, after which it will be permanently and automatically deleted from our records.
